REWITEC® Additive Technology
Tried and tested in the field. Backed by measurable results.

Copper Mine, Chile A fleet of Komatsu 980E-5 haul trucks operating in highly abrasive conditions. Extension of oil change intervals from 20,000 to 22,000 operating hours, resulting in a measurable reduction in wear.

Caterpillar CAT® 777 G Fleet Extension of PCR (Planned Component Replacement) intervals by more than 18,000 hours, and in some cases up to 26,000 hours.

Caterpillar CAT 797F / C175-20 Truck Engines Over 1.2 million gallons of fuel were consumed during continuous operation, confirming lower fuel consumption and reduced soot formation.

Main Conveyor Pulleys: Reduced damage vibrations by 70% (0.5 to 0.15 Gs) and rectified the outer race fault; no component replacement was required.
