Lahnau, 01.07.2020: REWITEC GmbH, developer and manufacturer of an innovative repair and wear protection coating for gearboxes and bearings, today announces a milestone in the treatment of wind turbines.

Stefan Bill, Managing Director of REWITEC GmbH, reports: "We have reached a significant milestone, with several thousand applications in wind turbines worldwide. Manufacturers, operators, service companies and lubricant manufacturers rely on our technology to keep wind turbines running."

At the 13th World Congress on Engineering Asset Management in Stavanger from 24 - 26 September 2018, REWITEC^® for the Best Industrial Case Award was nominated. Managing Director Stefan Bill convinced the expert jury with his entry "Life extension upgrades solution for Gears and Bearings in Wind Turbines". At the ISEAM Awards Night, he was finally honoured with the World Congress Award in the area Industrial Case in front of a distinguished audience. The World Congress Awards were also awarded in the following categories:
